Richard Kelsey

Richard Kelsey was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Semperit AG Holding effective November 1, 2026. In this function, he is responsible for Finance as well as Accounting & Tax, M&A, the Chief Information Security Office, Compliance, Controlling, IT, Internal Audit, Risk Management and Assurance, Legal, Business Process Automation, Treasury and Business Performance Management.

Richard Kelsey has more than 25 years of international experience in finance, M&A and capital markets. At Constantia Flexibles, a leading provider of flexible packaging solutions, he served as CFO for more than five years. Having joined the company in 2010 as Group Head of M&A, he subsequently held several senior finance positions, including responsibility for Group Controlling & Accounting, before assuming the CFO role in 2020. During his tenure, he was responsible for numerous international transactions and transformation projects.

Prior to joining Constantia Flexibles, Richard gained further experience in transactions and capital markets, including at Raiffeisen Investment, where he managed cross-border M&A projects in Central and Eastern Europe, and as an equity analyst at Cazenove in London.

Richard Kelsey was born in the United Kingdom in 1974.
