Supervisory Board Extends Management Board Mandate of Richard Ehrenfeldner until May 31, 2015

The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding resolved at yesterday’s meeting to extend the employment contract of the Management Board member Richard Ehrenfeldner by three years until May 31, 2015.

As a result, Richard Ehrenfeldner will continue to serve on the Management Board with responsibility for the functions Technology, Operational Excellence, Innovation and Quality. He has been working for Semperit since June 1, 1989, serving on the Management Board since October 1, 2001.

Thus the composition of the Management Board of Semperit AG Holding remains unchanged, consisting of Chief Executive Officer Thomas Fahnemann, Chief Financial Officer Johannes Schmidt-Schultes and the other two members Richard Stralz (Marketing & Sales and Logistics) and Richard Ehrenfeldner.
