Semperit: Executive Board decides to suspend dividend an prioritizes strengthening financial substance for further growth

Vienna, 4 March 2026, 12:47 CET – In the course of preparing the separate financial statements of Semperit AG Holding, the Executive Board of Semperit AG Holding decided today to allocate the entire net income for the year to revenue reserves and, accordingly, not to propose a dividend to the Annual General Meeting for the 2025 financial year. This decision is in line with the company’s dividend policy. The Executive Board is prioritizing the strengthening of the company’s financial position and targeted investments in further growth. The dividend for the 2024 financial year was EUR 0.50 per share.

Based on preliminary and unaudited figures, the performance in the 2025 financial year was slightly better for the Semperit Group than expected overall. Particularly the second half of the year showed noticeable improvement in operating performance, driven by effective efficiency measures and more stable business development in the core areas.

The annual results for 2025 will be published on March 18, 2026, and the Annual General Meeting will take place on April 27, 2026.
