Kristian Brok

Kristian Brok was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Semperit AG Holding effective 1 January 2020. As such, he is responsible for Operations, Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management (HSEQ), Manufacturing Engineering, Mixing & Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Procurement & Logistics and Research & Development (R&D). 

On 29 September 2021, he also took on the management of the company’s Industry and Medicine segments and the Business Regions. He also assumed responsibility for Corporate Development, Customer Excellence, and Group Brand Management & Sustainability.

Mr Brok studied engineering at the Technical University of Denmark and pursued further studies in innovation, product portfolio management and business insight at MIT (USA) and INSEAD (France).

He has more than 20 years of managerial experience in high specification manufacturing. Before joining Semperit, he spent ten years at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions (a division of Trelleborg AB) in various senior leadership positions, and most recently spending nine years as a member of the Divisional Board and as President of the Global Operations Elastomers business unit. Mr Brok also headed subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, China and India as well as several subsidiaries in Europe.

Kristian Brok was born in 1965 in Denmark.
