Application process

A multi-phased interview process is used as the basis for determining which applicants are optimally suited to contribute to the success of our company. Our aim is to get to know the applicant and his or her potential as effectively as possible, and clarify any divergent expectations held by the applicant and the company.

In addition to a top-notch educational background, we expect:

  • Convincing letter of motivation

As soon as applications for advertised positions have been received, the applicant will receive a confirmation note. This notification to applicants is to assure them that we have actually received the requested materials.

We compare the applications with the respective job announcement and the listed job specifications. Suitable applicants are presented to the particular department. Selected candidates are invited on a short-term basis to a personal job interview.
